By downloading or purchasing digital assets from 14BLAST Studio (via our website or Gumroad store), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights regarding the artworks.
1. Free Downloads (Strictly Personal Use)
Items marked as "Free Download" are provided for Personal Use Only.
- You May: Print the artwork for personal coloring, use it as a personal device wallpaper, or feature it in personal, non-monetized social media posts (with credit to 14BLAST).
- You May NOT: Sell, redistribute, or use the artwork on physical merchandise (t-shirts, posters, mugs, etc.) for profit. You may not claim the art as your own.
2. Premium Purchases (Commercial License)
When you purchase the "Commercial License" or Premium Vectors from our official Gumroad store, you are granted a non-exclusive right to use the asset for commercial projects.
- You May: Use the designs to print on physical merchandise for sale (apparel, prints, books) up to a limit of 5,000 units per design. You may modify colors and combine them with your own typography.
- You May NOT: Resell, share, or redistribute the raw digital files (EPS, CDR, source PDFs, or transparent PNGs) on any stock platforms, microstock sites, or as part of a digital bundle. The digital asset itself cannot be the product being sold.
3. Copyright & Ownership
All artworks remain the intellectual property of 14BLAST Studio. Purchasing a license grants you usage rights, not ownership of the original copyright.
4. AI Generation & Workflow Disclosure
The digital artworks provided by 14BLAST Studio are created using a hybrid workflow, combining advanced Generative AI tools with manual curation, editing, and formatting. By purchasing or downloading, you acknowledge the nature of these AI-assisted assets.
